I provide individual therapy for those experiencing anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma-related symptoms, chronic stress, and more.
On the outside, you might appear capable, responsible, and put-together. But on the inside, your mind rarely shuts off. You may feel tense, exhausted, irritable, or constantly “behind,” even when you’re doing everything right. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep pushing through it on your own.
Many of my clients are professionals, students, parents, and/or caregivers who are used to being the strong one, but are now feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. When stress and exhaustion persist, they’re often signals that something important needs attention, not just surface level coping.
